Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting my small art business! I strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

Shipping
Currently I can ship artwork to anywhere within the continental U.S. or Canada. If you live outside of this radius, send me a message and we can figure something out. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item without a tracking number. Certain items are marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase. If you aren't sure, contact me directly


Refunds

Once I receive the item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
